PRLog (Press Release) –
Jun 30, 2009 – Margaux's Restaurant
Conveniently located in the heart of North Raleigh, it’s never been more affordable to enjoy what The News & Observer’s Greg Cox calls a “downright magical” dining experience. Now through July 31st, you can enjoy the Summertime Three-Course Prix-Fixe Menu for just $24.95pp. Internationally trained and renowned Chef Andrew Pettifer’s eclectic fusion of French, Southern and Asian cuisine blends the exotic alongside the traditional. Fred Benton of Raleigh Downtowner Magazine says Chef Pettifer’s “mastery of flavors is evident.”
Margaux’s quaint and charming atmosphere perfectly complements the ever-changing menu and time-honored Southern hospitality. For almost 20 years Margaux’s has been the ideal spot for business, casual and romantic dining, and is now open for lunch five days a week. The newly expanded outdoor patio is perfect for casual dining in the fresh air or enchanting dinners under the stars.
About Chef Pettifer
Born and raised in South London, Chef Pettifer got his start in London’s luxurious Blake's Hotel. Eager to widen his culinary knowledge of international cuisine, he traveled the world with stops in Bali, Brazil, and Australia. In 1996, Chef Pettifer joined Margaux's as Chef de Cuisine and transformed the menu from traditional French to a visionary fusion of French, Southern and Asian.
