Chef Barry's mission for Timbuktoo's is "to give the public a unique food in a relaxing atmosphere provided with excellent service unlike other local restaurants. We accomplish this by offering American Eclectic inspired food and specials from all around the country including New England Seafood, Deep South and Southwest dishes. All of the soups, sauces and deserts are handmade". Timbuktoo's also carries an extensive wine selection and offers a full bar.
The restaurant is a real log building with loft seating and an attached garden room and bar. The wait staff is very friendly and personable. We allow our wait staff to bring their own personality to the table. All of these highlights combined will give you a dining experience like no other.

Timbuktoo's was created following the purchase of the Herb Garden. It is located 1 mile east of I-69 on State Road 120. Timbuktoo's specializes in American Eclectic Food. They offer 3 homemade soups each day. They also offer Wild Caught Seafood such as Salmon, Alaskan Pollack,Grouper and Ahi Tuna.
