Cine-it Burger & Grill

PRLog (Press Release) – Jul 30, 2009 – I was on my way to have lunch at Flannigan’s and this really cute little diner called Cine-it Burger & grill it caught my eye, and while trying to check out the place from outside the owner came out and invited us in to try it out...It's the type of place you would want to take the family…
The theme of the diner is dinner or lunch & a movie; also it’s like an old 50’s dinner but instead of music playing in the background you have movies playing. Every Thursday night is customer request movie night and tonight they will be playing “Saturday Night Fever”.
The food is excellent , I had a bacon cheese burger with grilled onions it is to die for just thinking about it makes me go have some more.  The prices are great it’s not over priced the portions are perfect.  
They have this cool challenge for anyone who can really eat. It’s called “Super Godzilla Challenge” this is what the challenge entails: Five Meats. Five Cheeses, Four Toppings (your choice), Family Fries, and a Drink if you can eat all of this within 15 min or less it’s free.
I just want to let everyone know I don’t work for them or have anything to do with the diner. I am just a customer who walked in and enjoyed everything about this restaurant and I will defiantly be returning.

Search for Restaurants and Sponsors to Participate in Wine and Food Under the Stars

PRLog (Press Release) – Jul 30, 2009 – SAN BERNARDINO, Calif–The National Orange Show Foundation is in search of restaurants, catering companies, and sponsors to participate in its 22nd annual fundraising event, Wine and Food under the Stars, to be held later this year on October 8, 2009 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the National Orange Show Events Center. Restaurants and catering companies who register will receive a booth free of charge in exchange for providing free food samples to the event’s attendees. Companies may also participate by becoming a sponsor for this special community event.
“Wine and Food under the Stars boasts a guest list comprised of leaders in business, government and community, or in other words—some of your best customers,” explained Derrick Vasquez, Director of Catering and Special Events at the National Orange Show Events Center. “It is a great way to promote your business.”
The event, known as the Inland Empire’s premier wine and food tasting event, features live entertainment, award-winning wines, and a variety of cuisine from the best Inland Empire restaurants. Indigo Pearl appoints Stephane Duvacher as Food and Beverage Director

PRLog (Press Release) – Jul 30, 2009 – A Chef by training, Stephane began his career in the hospitality industry at various renowned restaurants in France such as the Brasserie Au Pied de Cochon in Paris and the Michelin One-Star-rated restaurant Le Beauharnais in Fontainbleau which was once home to Napoleon Bonaparte.
“It is not often that you get an opportunity to join an esteemed organization such as Indigo Pearl and be responsible for the essential planning and operations of food and beverage. Other prominent restaurants Stephane has worked at include, the Michelin One-Star-rated Restaurant Hotel L’Aigle Noir in Fontainebleau, L’Auberge de L’Ecritoire in Chateauneuf and Auberge L’Orée de la Forêt in Plelan le Grand. In 1986, Stephane was also part of the team that saw to the successful opening of Grange Park Hotel in the United Kingdom,
Stephane also previously served as Executive Chef at the Holiday Inn Crown Plaza in Muscat Oman, Baguio Country Club in Philippines, Oasis Beach Hotel & Towers in Dubai and Kuwait Hilton where he catered to events for 19 heads of state and presidents.

In 2001, he joined five-star Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa in Dubai as Executive Chef and within two years he was promoted to Food & Beverage Director and oversaw the nine restaurants, four bars and all aspects of catering and banquets at the property.

Subsequently in 2006, Stephane was promoted to Corporate Director of Jebel Ali International Hotels and was responsible for the Company’s pre-openings.
Prior to his appointment at Indigo Pearl, Stephane Duvacher served as the Food & Beverage Director at Rosewood Little Dix Bay in the British Virgin Islands.

Piedmontese Beef Featured At Food & Wine Classic In Aspen

PRLog (Press Release) – Jul 29, 2009 – Thousands of the greatest culinary minds descended upon Aspen, Colorado for the world’s premier epicurean event known as the FOOD & WINE Classic, an exclusive three-day event during which world-renowned chefs and the culinary elite share trade secrets. Among the topics discussed at this year’s Classic was the industry’s increasing commitment to natural sustainable products that are source-verified. Highlighting this trend at their premier invitation-only event, TWO TWELVE ACCESS ASPEN featured Certified Piedmontese Beef from Montana Ranch Brand all three nights to the enthusiasm of top celebrity chefs and industry leaders.
The Fifth Anniversary of Access Aspen was located just blocks from The Grand Tasting Pavilion at a private mountainside mansion. Each night, Two Twelve Access Aspen hosted the best and the brightest of the hospitality industry, which had the pleasure of dining on Montana Ranch Brand’s authentically natural Piedmontese beef throughout the course of the weekend.
Beginning with the Thursday night opening of Access Aspen, servers passed sliced Piedmontese beef striploin with charred tomatillo relish on a cornbread crouton, as well as Piedmontese beef sliders with aged white cheddar and caramelized onions on mini potato rolls. On Friday night, guests enjoyed grilled Piedmontese beef ribeye on ficelle toast with peppercorn hollandaise sauce, and on Saturday afternoon, Montana Ranch provided Milagro Siesta with Piedmontese beef skirt steak for their delectable taco station. Then the final evening of Access, Montana Ranch pulled out all the stops, serving Piedmontese beef tartare on brioche toast with a quail egg! As in the past, Two Twelve Access Aspen was the talk of the town and considered the best late night event during the Classic.

Our product is very unique in the fact that it is a leaner beef, yet with exceptional tenderness and flavor. Throughout the event, there was a common disbelief expressed among those that tasted Piedmontese beef for the first time. The comments ranged from “it tastes like what beef should taste like” to “that has to be dry aged prime.” For those that were not familiar with the Piedmontese breed of cattle, the conventional wisdom was that great tasting beef required an ultra fatty prime cut of meat that has been dry aged for tenderness. However, to the delight of the guests at the Access Aspen event, they discovered that they could experience truly delicious tender beef without the excessive fat found in traditional prime beef.
